Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to soften the employers` burden and promote financial stability by improving WCI premium rating system. The premium rating system based on business type is related to social security reinforcement and the experience rating system is centered on strengthening the responsibility of the employers with industrial disaster records. This study shows the solutions of the same additional premium rating applied to all industry regardless of business type and the lowered standard range in balance rate. As a result, the employer`s disaster prevention and the social insurance reinforcement are expected. Premium rating as a key factor in WCI needs continuous study and improvement.
